Credit Union Tracks Employee Time, Scheduling with Web-Hosted Attendance on Demand®

(February 29, 2008) Farmington Hills, Michigan — Attendance on Demand web-hosted employee time and attendance service has been implemented by Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union (Columbia, SC), a member-owned financial cooperative serving The University of South Carolina and other higher education entities in Columbia, SC. Attendance on Demand partner Labor Strategy (Greensboro, NC) managed the project.

Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union tracks employee labor and wage data securely over the web from four locations; schedules and budgets labor in real time; easily views reports online; and automatically interfaces with payroll. The credit union uses Attendance on Demand as a service, with monthly per-employee billing.

There is no software to buy, no upfront investment in licenses, servers or hardware, and no need for costly maintenance. Employees track start/end times, departmental transfers and other tasks via an internet browser and Employee Self Service. Employees punch in from any location and have the power to access their own employee history, paid time off and personal information.
