(July, 2011) Livonia, Michigan — Attendance on Demand cloud-based employee time and attendance service expanded its sales network by piloting Labor Strategy LLC, full-service reseller, as a Service Center for payroll providers. That was in 2008. Today, seven successful Service Centers exist and 26 new workforce management providers are engaged.
Attendance on Demand envisioned integration partnerships where the Service Center provided a comprehensive product and servicing solution to other payroll providers who were not well versed in time and attendance technology. This enabled the payroll providers to focus on their strengths while extending their product offering to meet increased customer demand for time and attendance functions. Through this model, Attendance on Demand’s Service Centers handle all sales-related activities—from demos, to implementations and configurations, through customer support.
The company started with a pilot partnership with Labor Strategy (Greensboro NC), one of its most comprehensive full-service resellers, and has steadily grown its network. It now has seven Service Center partners across North America and has succeeded in growing the Attendance on Demand sales network. To date, 26 workforce management system providers have taken advantage of Service Centers to sell Attendance on Demand and increase their own sales revenue.
"Companies today are asking for punch-to-paycheck functionality from a vendor that can provide a complete, integrated solution,” said Larry Burgess, Director of Strategic Alliances at Attendance on Demand. “Our Service Centers let us pair a payroll company with a time and attendance expert to capture that business.”
Attendance on Demand is quickly deployed and scales as a business grows. Compared with traditional time and attendance methods or legacy systems, the service requires no additional costs for upgrades and data back-ups. The service is delivered over highly secure networks on a subscription basis, minimizing the technology risks and expenses, and overcoming the significant costs and chronic shortage of qualified technical IT personnel available in-house.
Attendance on Demand employee time and attendance service supports the labor management needs of thousands of companies over a quarter million employees across North America. Launched in 2006, Attendance on Demand is a rapidly deployed, cloud-based solution that minimizes a company’s risk and technology investment while providing advanced features for securely managing labor data—calculating pay rules, scheduling employees, budgeting labor, and automating record keeping for labor law compliance. With over 99.95% uptime and above average customer retention rates, Attendance on Demand removes the worry of maintaining expensive infrastructure. An extensive North American distribution network helps organizations use Attendance on Demand to reduce labor expenses and improve decision making.
